HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities and state capitals: 4–5 business days
• Tier-3 cities and rural areas: 5–7 business days
• Meerut and NCR: Often 1–2 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Orders above ₹2,500: Free shipping anywhere in India
• Orders below ₹2,500: Flat ₹49 shipping fee
• Express delivery: Available at checkout for select pin codes at additional cost
• Bulk/wholesale orders: Shipping calculated based on weight and destination — we'll include it in your quote

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh — the cricket equipment capital of India. We use trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and BlueDart depending on your location and delivery speed.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can track it directly on the courier's website or ask us on WhatsApp and we'll pull it up for you immediately.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, festivals, or courier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, just WhatsApp us with your order number — we'll track it down and give you a straight answer, not a scripted response.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, take a photo immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked. This is on us, not you.
