THE STORY BEHIND THE PLAYING ELEVEN
My name is Vishal Choudhary, and I've been playing cricket my whole life. Growing up in Meerut — the city that makes the world's cricket gear — I always found it strange that buying quality equipment was such a confusing, overpriced experience for most players.
You'd walk into a shop and get handed whatever had the best margin. You'd order online and receive something completely different from the photos. Smaller clubs and academies were paying retail prices they couldn't afford. That bothered me.
So in 2024, I started The Playing Eleven — not as a business experiment, but as a genuine attempt to fix something broken. We're manufacturer-direct, based right here in Meerut, which means no middlemen and no nonsense pricing.

POLICY
We collect only what we need, we protect it properly, and we never sell it. That's the short version.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. We need this to fulfil your order and keep you updated on delivery. We also collect payment information, but this is processed entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up and help you properly.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share your delivery address and phone number with our logistics partners so they can deliver your order. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with marketers, and we don't pass it to anyone who doesn't need it to serve you.
COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it. If you'd rather not, you can adjust your browser settings — though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
YOUR RIGHTS

If something's not right, we'll fix it. No lengthy forms, no runaround.
THE 7-DAY RULE
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or genuinely not as described on our website, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and full refund or replacement. Take a photo when the item arrives — it speeds everything up.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from the website description
- Size or fit issues for protective gear (helmets, gloves, pads)
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
- Items that have been used on the pitch (you'd be surprised how many people try)
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Cricket balls and consumable items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Anything returned after 7 days without prior contact
HOW TO START A RETURN

- Send a photo of the item
- We'll confirm within 24 hours and arrange a pickup if needed
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back
ABOUT CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is dispatched, we can't cancel it. If you've just placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet, WhatsApp us immediately — we'll do our best to pull it before it goes out. If it's already on its way, you can return it when it arrives.

USING THE WEBSITE
By using theplayingeleven.com, you agree to use it for legitimate purposes — buying cricket gear, getting quotes, reading about equipment. Don't try to hack it, scrape it for data, or use it to do anything you wouldn't be comfortable explaining to us directly.
PRICES AND PRODUCTS
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if there's an error in a price or product description, we reserve the right to correct it — we'll always contact you before processing an order if there's a significant discrepancy.
PAYMENTS
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and COD. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For large bulk orders, we may request advance payment or a bank transfer — we'll discuss this with you before you commit to anything.
OUR CONTENT
Everything on this website — photos, product descriptions, branding — belongs to The Playing Eleven / Pooja Enterprises. Please don't reproduce it without asking. If you want to use our content for something (a review, a blog post, etc.), just reach out and we'll usually say yes.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes would be handled in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. That said, if there's ever an issue, please just talk to us first — we'd much rather resolve things directly.
